At DHIKR COLLECTION, each piece is carefully prepared with intention and attention to detail. As our abayas are luxury and handcrafted, every order is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping
We currently offer UK and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. DHIKR COLLECTION is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched, and DHIKR COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. While we will always do our best to assist with tracking and enquiries, DHIKR COLLECTION is not liable for lost or delayed parcels once in transit.
